We collect information you provide directly — such as name, email, organization, role and message content when you submit a partnership inquiry or join an interest list.

Where an athlete participates in a GESI program, we may collect consent-based program and assessment information necessary to deliver that program.

To respond to inquiries, deliver programs and reporting, provide education, evaluate program quality, and communicate updates you have requested. We do not sell personal information.

Program participation is consent-based. Where a participant is a minor, participation requires appropriate parent or guardian consent, and consent can be withdrawn.

Access is scoped by role and purpose. We apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

Any research use follows approved protocols and, wherever possible, uses de-identified or aggregate information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided, and you may unsubscribe from communications at any time.
