Train With the Right Expert for Your Sport, Position and Development Goals

GESI AthleteOS connects student-athletes with qualified experts matched to their sport, position, age, assessment profile and development goals.

Our trainers are experienced with early high-school athletes — boys and girls entering 9th grade — and with the older age groups GESI will serve as the network expands.

The Development Journey

Assess. Understand.Connect. Develop.

Athletes complete approved assessments, understand their development priorities, connect with relevant qualified experts and track progress over time through GESI AthleteOS.

  1. 01

    Assess

Athletes complete approved GESI sports science assessments appropriate to age and stage.

  2. 02

    Understand

Results are translated into clear development priorities the athlete and family can act on.

  3. 03

    Connect

AthleteOS surfaces qualified experts matched to sport, position, age and priorities.

  4. 04

    Develop

Work is tracked over time inside AthleteOS so progress — not promises — guides the next cycle.

Sport and position

Matching starts with the demands of the athlete's sport and the position they actually play.

Age and stage

Recommendations respect training age and maturation — starting with athletes entering 9th grade.

Assessment profile

Approved assessment results and stated goals shape which development priorities come first.

How Training Happens

In Person, Virtual or Hybrid.

In Person

On-site sessions at schools, clubs and partner facilities where a qualified expert is available locally.

Virtual

Remote sessions for technique review, programming and education when distance or cost is a barrier.

Hybrid

A combination of periodic in-person work with ongoing virtual support between sessions.

Expertise Across Sports

Sport and Position Specific.

The expert network is in development. Expertise is organized by sport and position so athletes are matched to relevant specialists rather than browsing a directory.

Not Just a Trainer Directory

Qualified Expertise. Trusted Standards.

Qualified

Relevant certifications, qualifications and demonstrated expertise.

Vetted

Identity, professional history and appropriate background screening.

Safe

Safeguarding standards and appropriate athlete protections.

Accountable

GESI professional standards, privacy requirements and ongoing review.

GESI expert partner trainers provide additional specialized capacity. They supplement school coaches and athletic programs — they do not replace them, and they take no part in team selection or playing-time decisions.

Access

Expertise Should Not Depend on Zip Code.

GESI is building the network with equitable access in mind — a mix of in-person, virtual and group formats, transparent expectations and pathways that work for families across a range of circumstances, not only those already inside private training ecosystems.

Partnerships

Built With Schools and Communities.

Schools, districts, clubs and community organizations can work with GESI to bring assessments, education and qualified expert capacity to their athletes — coordinated with existing coaching staff rather than around them.

GESI is building a network of qualified coaches, trainers, former professional athletes, performance specialists and licensed practitioners committed to responsible, athlete-centered development.

Submitting interest is not an application decision. Qualification, vetting and safeguarding review are required before any GESI athlete engagement.
