Building the Future of Student-Athlete Development

GESI is building a national platform that gives student-athletes access to the science, technology, education and development systems traditionally reserved for elite professional programs.

Our initial focus is students entering 9th grade — generally around 14 years old — with the system designed to extend to additional grade levels and age groups as GESI scales.

The Opportunity

Talent Is Everywhere.Access Is Not.

Young athletes — boys and girls alike — often develop without consistent access to high-quality assessment, individualized development information, recovery education or modern human-performance technology.

GESI is building the infrastructure to change that.

We begin at the entry point that matters most: students starting 9th grade, at the beginning of their high-school development journey.

One Connected System

More Than Training.

Six components, engineered to operate as a single system — assessment feeds the record, the record informs education, and evidence improves the model.

01

Sports Science

Standardized, age-appropriate assessment — starting with athletes entering 9th grade — designed to help them better understand movement, strength, speed, mobility and development priorities.

02

GESI AthleteOS

A secure digital operating system connecting athlete assessments, understandable reporting and longitudinal progress tracking.

03

Athlete Education

Practical learning covering training habits, recovery, nutrition, financial literacy, NIL readiness and digital responsibility.

04

Research & Innovation

Responsible collaboration designed to evaluate what works and translate credible research into community practice.

05

Workforce Development

Career pathways in sports science, data, technology, research, program operations and athlete support.

06

Regional Centers

A planned network of physical hubs connecting testing, education, research, workforce and innovation.

GESI AthleteOS

A Development Record That Grows With the Athlete

GESI AthleteOS is the digital operating system connecting assessment data, understandable reports, education and longitudinal progress tracking across the GESI ecosystem.
